Best for: athletes preparing for gradings or competition who want structured guidance and ongoing support.

Includes:

• 60-minute performance and movement assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses
• Movement analysis of your patterns or sparring (with instructor collaboration where appropriate)
• Personalized 12-week strength and performance program
• 30–45 minute walkthrough session to review exercises and technique
• Ongoing support throughout the 12-week program (questions, exercise adjustments, and progression guidance via email)

General 12-Week TKD Performance Program $75 CAD | £45 GBP

Best for: athletes who want structured training but do not need an individual assessment.

Includes:
• Pre-built strength & conditioning plan for TKD athletes

Best for: athletes who want detailed feedback on their patterns or sparring performance.

Includes:

  • In-depth analysis of your tournament patterns and/or sparring performance

  • Collaborative discussion with your instructor to identify key areas for improvement

  • Detailed breakdown of challenging movements, with clear strategies to refine technique, efficiency, and overall performance


Program Walkthrough (30-45 min) — $55 CAD | £45 GBP

Best for: athletes using the general program who want help learning exercises correctly.

Includes:

  • A structured walkthrough of the General TKD Performance Program, emphasizing correct technique, movement quality, and performance intent behind each exercise.
