• Movement analysis of your patterns or sparring (liaising with your instructor)
• Personalized 12-week strength & performance program
• 30–45 min walkthrough session to go through exercises and technique
Performance Assessment + Training Direction — $175 CAD
• 60-min performance and movement assessment highlighting strengths and weaknesses
• Guidance on what to focus on in your own training
(No personalized plan or movement analysis)
General 12-Week TKD Performance Program — $75 CAD
• Pre-built strength & conditioning plan for TKD athletes
Optional Add-Ons:
• Movement Analysis — $75 CAD
• Program Walkthrough (30 min) — $65 CAD (a walkthrough of the General TKD program)
